Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day. During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing times may extend by an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates: We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States: Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 (3–7 business days); Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $5.99 for orders under $75 (3–7 business days); and Express Shipping for $12.99 (1–3 business days). Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, destination, and external factors.
PACT Act Compliance: Phat Panda fully complies with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and its amendments, which regulate the shipping and delivery of certain tobacco and nicotine products. While our hemp-derived products are not classified as tobacco, we voluntarily adhere to PACT Act standards for all smokable and vaporizable products as a commitment to responsible commerce. This includes age verification at the point of sale and delivery, use of PACT Act-compliant carriers and shipping methods, maintaining all required records of shipments, and ensuring all packages containing smokable or vaporizable hemp products are clearly marked for carrier age-verification protocols.
Discreet Packaging: Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging — no logos, product names, or any indication of contents appear on the exterior of the package. Shipping labels display our business name only as required by the carrier. Your credit card or bank statement will show a neutral billing descriptor.
Age Verification at Delivery: Federal and state regulations require age verification for hemp product deliveries. A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID) proving you are 21 years of age or older may be required at the time of delivery. The carrier may require an adult signature. If age verification cannot be completed at delivery, the package will be returned to sender and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a refund. You are responsible for ensuring that a person aged 21 or older is available to receive the package.
Carrier Partners: We work with major U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your shipment is selected at our discretion based on package size, destination, shipping speed, and regulatory compliance requirements. Carrier selection may vary by product category.
Restricted States & Products: Hemp laws vary by state, and certain states restrict or prohibit specific categories of hemp-derived products (such as smokable hemp, edibles, or certain cannabinoid concentrations). Phat Panda actively monitors state regulations and restricts shipments accordingly. If a product in your order cannot be legally shipped to your state, we will contact you to offer partial fulfillment (with a refund for restricted items) or a full refund. It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to be aware of and comply with the hemp laws in their state and local jurisdiction.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Phat Panda is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for eligible products. We also ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO). Please note that deliveries to military addresses may take longer than standard domestic shipping timeframes and age verification at delivery may be handled differently based on military postal procedures.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit: If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@phatpanda.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the claim. For confirmed lost or damaged shipments, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. We recommend that you inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier and to us immediately.
Weather & Carrier Delays: Phat Panda is not responsible for shipping delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, carrier service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. During extreme heat or cold, certain products (particularly edibles and beverages) may be affected in transit. We take precautions with insulated packaging when needed, but cannot guarantee product condition in extreme temperature events. If you are in an area experiencing severe weather, consider selecting express shipping to minimize transit time.
Holiday & Peak Season Processing: During major holidays and peak promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may be extended. We will post estimated processing times on the Site during these periods. Plan ahead for holiday orders to ensure timely delivery.
Order Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your package through the carrier's website or app. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@phatpanda.com.
